Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon iliki(Cardamom)
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups of water
- 3 ripe bananas
- Oil
Instructions:
- Put the flour, baking powder, sugar butter, egg and water in a bowl then mix well
- Cut bananas into suitable sizes then set aside
- When the mixture has risen(yeast factor), dip the banana slices into the mixture to coat them well.
- Deep fry until golden brown, then use mesh sieve or sieve spoon that you are cooking with, to filter the deep-fryer oil.
Serving Tips
Also goes well as a morning 10
O'clock snack. You can serve with tea.
